Our Background
Leoguards was founded by Kokerai Pinias Mamutse, a qualified Health and Safety professional, following direct exposure to compliance failures while reviewing and auditing security operations across multiple sites. These failures were often linked to weak supervision, unlawful employment practices, and poor integration between security functions and occupational health and safety systems.
In response, Leoguards was established as a compliance-led security company, integrating security operations with health and safety management principles, labour law requirements, and structured operational control from inception.

Leoguards provides unarmed guarding services focused on protecting people, property, and operational integrity. Our services extend beyond basic guarding by emphasizing lawful deployment and supervision, integration with site SHEQ and safety file requirements, structured post instructions, documented procedures, ongoing operational review, corrective action, and audit readiness.

Founder’s Message
Leoguards Security Solutions was founded out of professional responsibility rather than commercial opportunity.
During my work as a Health and Safety Officer, I was regularly exposed to security operations that appeared functional on the surface but failed when examined against legal, safety, and governance requirements. These failures placed clients, workers, and projects at risk of non-compliance, incidents, and reputational damage.
Leoguards was established to address this gap. From the outset, the company has been structured as a compliance-led security provider, integrating security operations with occupational health and safety principles, lawful employment practices, and disciplined supervision. The objective has never been to compete on price alone, but to deliver security services that can withstand audits, inspections, and due diligence processes.
I believe that security services must be managed with the same level of accountability expected of any high-risk operational function. This means proper staffing models, ethical labour practices, documented procedures, and ongoing oversight.
